Each Schulthess olive wax candle is made by hand from pure olive wax and with 100% natural essences.
The olive wax is obtained from the residues of olive oil production. This wax is vegan and a high quality UPCYCLING product.
The short transport distances make this candle a sustainable product. The wax is produced in Italy. All raw materials are sourced from the Mediterranean region.
Please note that it is recommended not to let the candles burn for more than 5 to 6 hours at a time to ensure the best possible use.
Tip in handling candles
• Never burn candles unattended or near flammable objects. Use large, fireproof bases and protect them from drafts.
• To extinguish, immerse the wick in the liquid wax and set it up again.
• Shorten the wick to approx. 0.5cm before lighting.
• The candle should burn at least until it has melted to the brim. Ideally, the candle burns max. 5-6 hours at a time.
• For shorter burning times, candles with a smaller diameter should be chosen.
