Delivery and delivery costs
We supply customers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The delivery and payment conditions of MYCHEM.CH are described in detail during the ordering process. Special forms of delivery requested by our customers will be charged according to the local surcharge.
Ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability. More exact delivery times will be displayed for each article and at the end of the order process.
If an article is not available, we inform the customer immediately. If the failure to comply with a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances beyond our control, the deadline will be extended accordingly. If the impossibility of delivery is due to inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both we and the buyer can withdraw from the contract, if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 3 weeks.
Delivery costs / free delivery
The delivery costs are based on weight and shipping method and will be selected separately in the order process.
From a net value of CHF 100.00, the shipping via "PostPack Priority" or A-Post is free of charge.
General remarks
With personal collection there are no delivery costs.
Special deliveries by arrangement.
Packaging costs
The cost of standard packaging is included in the price. If special packaging is required or if this is necessary for the safe shipping of an item, the corresponding costs will be charged.
Item return, return, resend
Delivery area
Our articles can only be delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Deliveries abroad are made for larger quantities after separate agreement.
