Payment
The delivery and payment conditions of MYCHEM.CH are described in detail during the ordering process. Special shipping methods requested by our customers are charged at the usual local surcharge.
Ordered items will be delivered as quickly as possible, depending on availability. The delivery time is indicated for the item in question or during the order process.
If an article is not available, we will inform the customer immediately. If the failure to meet a delivery or service deadline is due to force majeure, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances beyond our control, the deadline will be extended accordingly. If the impossibility of delivery is due to the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both we and the buyer can withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 3 weeks.
