Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO for short) is a organic sulfur compound, which has been used for decades in medicine, animal care, and technology. It is a colorless liquid with a characteristic odor, which is characterized by a particularly high solubility.

DMSO has a wide range of uses – including, among others:
• Solvent in the Laboratory and Technology Department
• Excipient in research
• Care and cleaning products in the animal and plant kingdoms

Raw materials:
• Dimethyl sulfide (DMS): a byproduct of the pulp and paper industry (produced during wood processing).
• Oxygen: is used for oxidation.

DMSO is a natural substance derived from tree wood.

All of the water used in our products passes through our facility 3 Cleaning Levels:

1. Full desalination system (removes metals)
2. 5-micron microfiltration (removes suspended solids)
3. Activated carbon filter (removes organic contaminants from pharmaceuticals, agriculture, etc.)

Since DMSO is derived from natural raw materials, the odor may vary slightly from batch to batch. This has no effect on purity or quality.

DMSO must be stored at room temperature.

MYCHEM.CH's terms of delivery and payment are described in detail during the ordering process. Special delivery methods requested by our customers will be charged with a local surcharge.

Ordered items will be delivered as quickly as possible depending on availability. More precise delivery times are displayed for each item and at the end of the order process.

If an item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately. If non-compliance with a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline shall be extended accordingly. If the impossibility of delivery is due to the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both we and the buyer may withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 3 weeks.

Delivery costs/free delivery
The delivery costs are calculated according to weight and shipping method and are shown separately in the order process.

From a net value of CHF 100.00, shipping is free of charge by "PostPack Priority" or A Mail.

General remarks
There are no delivery costs for personal collection.

Packaging costs
The cost of standard factory packaging is included in the price. If special packaging is required or is necessary for the safe shipment of an item, the corresponding costs will be charged.

Delivery area
Our articles can only be delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Deliveries abroad for larger quantities are subject to separate agreement.
