1. draw water
Fill the Softflask directly with raw water from a stream, spring or lake.

2. add BioClean
Add 3 drops of BioClean directly to the water.

3. screw on the cover with filter
The lid with integrated BeFree filter and activated carbon cartridge is then screwed on.

4. wait for the reaction time
BioClean works directly in the water during the reaction time of approx. 30 minutes.

5. drink directly
After the exposure time, the water can be drunk directly from the bottle.

The integrated filter membrane is located in the lid and filters the water mechanically when drinking. The activated carbon cartridge can also help to improve the taste and smell of the water.

The integrated filter membrane works with a fine hollow fiber structure and mechanically reduces particles, sediments and certain microbiological impurities when drinking.

BioClean supplements this system with additional water treatment directly in the water itself.

BioClean should be stored away from light as far as possible. The opened 100 ml refill bottle should ideally be stored in the refrigerator, as chlorine dioxide can escape more quickly at higher temperatures. Each time the bottle is opened, a small amount may escape and the concentration may decrease over time.

MYCHEM guarantees a shelf life of 6 months for unopened bottles. BioClean chlorine dioxide solutions have a limited shelf life even when stored optimally.

Sign of aged or no longer sufficiently active liquid: The drops are no longer yellow, but colorless. The typical odor is also barely perceptible or no longer perceptible. In this case, the bottle should be emptied, disposed of and replaced with a new one.

MYCHEM.CH's terms of delivery and payment are described in detail during the ordering process. Special delivery methods requested by our customers will be charged with a local surcharge.

Ordered items will be delivered as quickly as possible depending on availability. More precise delivery times are displayed with each item and at the end of the order process.

If an item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately. If non-compliance with a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline shall be extended accordingly. If the impossibility of delivery is due to the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both we and the buyer may withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 3 weeks.

Delivery costs/free delivery
The delivery costs are calculated according to weight and shipping method and are shown separately in the order process.

From a net value of CHF 100.00, shipping is free of charge by "PostPack Priority" or A Mail.

General remarks
There are no delivery costs for personal collection.

The cost of standard factory packaging is included in the price. If special packaging is required or is necessary for the safe shipment of an item, the corresponding costs will be charged.
