Frequently asked questions

We guarantee a minimum shelf life for our CDS of 6 months if the container is stored upright and unopened in a dark and cool place. Depending on the storage conditions, the CDS remain usable for many months longer.
Depending on the frequency of use and the storage temperature, UV light incidence, the ClO2 concentration of the contents slowly decreases over time.
Reason: When the bottle is opened (especially above 11°C), a small amount of chlorine dioxide gas escapes from the bottle each time. This is why it is best to store a bottle that is in use in the refrigerator. UV light can also neutralize the chlorine dioxide.
Quality test: As long as the drops or liquid are yellow and smell like a "swimming pool", it still contains at least a considerable amount of chlorine dioxide. If necessary, increase the application quantity accordingly.
Colorless solutions without "swimming pool odor" have lost their effect and should be disposed of.

DMSO is best stored at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight.

Make liquid again: Defrost again in lukewarm water or in a warm room.
