Orders received by us before 3 p.m. on weekdays will be handed over to the post office on the same day.
For Priority shipping, Swiss Post guarantees delivery within 1 to 2 working days; for Economy, delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days.

As soon as your parcel has been scanned by the post office, you will receive a tracking e-mail. As a rule, you will receive the e-mail on the day of the order or the following day.

If your delivery address cannot be found or is invalid, Swiss Post will return your parcel to us. We charge as follows for the redelivery of the returned parcel due to previous incorrect addressing, undeliverability, etc:

Handling costs: 10% of the value of the goods
+ postage costs for return shipment
+ postage costs of the new shipment

Payable in advance according to our calculation.
