There is no right of return or right of withdrawal on the part of the customer.
MYCHEM may grant a voluntary right of withdrawal in exchange for a voucher if the wrong goods are ordered, provided that the ordered goods have not yet been packed and shipped (order amount less 5% fees charged by the payment service provider).

Incorrect deliveries must be reported by the customer to MYCHEM in writing within 3 working days. MYCHEM will only accept returns if the goods are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. In this case, the ordered goods will be delivered to the customer free of charge and the return postage for the incorrectly delivered goods will be refunded.
