There is no right of return or right of cancellation on the part of customers.
When ordering false goods, Mychem can grant a voluntary right of withdrawal against voucher if the ordered goods have not yet been packed and sent (order amount minus 5% fees of the payment service providers).

Fold deliveries are to be claimed in writing by the customer within 3 working days at Mychem. MYCHEM only takes back if the goods are returned undamaged and returned to the original packaging. In this case, the customer is delivered to the customer free of charge and the return postage for the incorrectly delivered goods will be reimbursed.
