Customers do not have a right of return or a right of withdrawal.
If the wrong merchandise is ordered, MYCHEM may grant a voluntary right of withdrawal in exchange for a gift certificate, provided that the ordered merchandise has not yet been packaged and shipped (order amount minus a 5% payment processor fee).

Please contact us by phone at 062 962 80 57, by email at info@mychem.ch, or via the contact form on our website.

The customer must file a written complaint with MYCHEM regarding incorrect deliveries within 3 business days. MYCHEM will only accept a return if the merchandise is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. In this case, the ordered merchandise will be redelivered to the customer free of charge, and the return shipping costs for the incorrectly delivered merchandise will be reimbursed.
