Our hair soaps offer natural care for hair and scalp - without silicones, parabens or synthetic additives. While shampoos containing silicone often clog the pores of the scalp and cause irritation, our hair soap cleanses thoroughly without drying out.
This high-quality soap is traditionally made in Switzerland using a cold process and consists of valuable plant oils, herbs and essential oils.

Moisten hair and soap well.
Massage the soap evenly into the scalp until a fine lather forms.
Distribute the lather well and then rinse thoroughly.
The ends of the hair should not be treated if possible, as the fine hair structure can become irritated and dry.
An "acid rinse" can be used to close the hair cuticle after washing. To do this, take approx. 1 tablespoon of vinegar and pour in approx. 1 liter of water and rinse the hair again after washing. This rinse can be supplemented with a drop of essential oil if desired.
It is advantageous to allow the hair to air dry.
Shampoos and conditioners containing silicone clog the fine pores in the scalp. These residues must first be washed away. The scalp can then resume its normal work. However, the hair and scalp must first get used to the natural oils and care substances.
The natural care substances allow the hair to return to its normal structure.
Unfortunately, hair soaps are not ideal for chemically dyed hair, as the
pigments wash out more quickly. Hair soaps go perfectly with natural colorants (plants such as henna
etc.).
Always store soaps in a dry place.

These handmade natural soaps are made from vegetable oils, herbs and essential oils using the traditional cold process. The nourishing glycerine is retained - a real benefit for the skin.
All soaps are made according to Heidi Ryter's own recipes and comply with the guidelines for certified natural cosmetics. They are suitable for hands, face, body and hair.
Product safety is tested by an independent laboratory (SIB/PID according to EDI).
Animal ingredients such as goat's and sheep's milk come from long-standing, trustworthy partner farms in the region, where animal welfare is a top priority.
Why should I use hair soaps?
There are many good reasons why hair soaps can be a wonderful alternative to conventional shampoos:
1. Purely natural ingredients
Hair soaps are usually based on vegetable oils, essential essences and herbs. This composition ensures a Gentle, natural cleansing - without any chemical additives.
2. Free from harmful substances
Unlike many traditional care products, hair soaps do not contain silicones, parabens or aggressive surfactants such as sulphates. This means your hair is protected, the scalp is less irritated and the natural balance can regulate itself better.
3. Environmentally friendly and sustainable
As hair soaps are often offered in solid form, there is less packaging waste. They are also biodegradable - a clear plus for the environment.
4. Promoting hair health
Natural soaps can help to remove excess sebum, soothe the scalp and gently moisturize the hair. Many users report stronger, shinier hair after making the switch.
Tip: Every hair type is different. Especially at the beginning, it may take some time for your hair to adjust to natural care. Patience pays off - it often helps to try out different types.
Which hair soap is right for me?
If you are new to the subject, I recommend the avocado or henna varieties. Both lather particularly easily and are easy to wash out - ideal for beginners. They are easy to learn to use and each soap intensively conditions the hair in its own way.
For very dry hair ends, additional care with a high-quality oil after washing can be useful - hair soaps alone do not "repair" split ends, but do provide the hair with intensive moisture.
Everyone has different needs - so just try it out and see what works best for your hair.
Can I combine hair soap with other care products?
Absolutely! Hair soap is ideal for cleansing the scalp - while conditioners, treatments or hair oils can be worked into the lengths and ends. Everything complements each other perfectly.
How does hard water affect the application?
In regions with hard water, so-called lime soap residue can occur - although this is harmless, it can leave a light film on the hair. In this case, a regular acidic rinse (e.g. diluted with apple cider vinegar) is recommended to keep the hair smooth and residue-free.
How often can I use hair soap?
As often as suits you. Some wash daily, others only once or twice a week. Over time, you will notice that your hair becomes less greasy and needs to be washed less often. I personally use soap about 1-2 times a week - and my hair feels wonderfully nourished.
