The delivery and payment of MYCHEM.ch be described in detail during the ordering process. Desired by our customers special delivery will be charged with local supplement.
Ordered items will be delivered as soon as possible subject to availability. Usually, your orders are shipped within 1 - 3 working days running.

If an item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately. If non-compliance with a delivery or performance due to force majeure, unforeseen obstacles or other of us be due not responsible for concluding, the deadline will be extended. Is the inability of supply to inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, so both we and the buyer of the contract may withdraw if the agreed delivery date by more than 3 weeks has been exceeded.
